Pada hari ini tanggal 14 Juli kedatangan TV Sharp universe type 14W20 dengan kerusakan menu auto/manual search chanel tidak bisa di akses,juga menu CH-SETTING.Kerusakan seperti ini ditandai dengan menu CH-SETTING yang berubah warna menjadi ungu dimana normalnya hijau.Sebenarnya hal seperti ini karena fungsi HOTEL MODE pada tv dalam posisi ON/aktif sehingga secara otomatis menonaktifkan fungsi AUTO/MANUAL/CHANEL SETTING.Mungkin anda secara tidak sengaja mengkombinasikan tombol unik dengan remote control karena remote tertindih badan anda waktu ketiduran menonton tv,atau mungkin karena remote control dibuat mainan oleh balita anda.Untuk mengatasi masalah ini ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:pertama gunakan remote control dan tekan tombol MENU gulir ke FEATURE gulir lagi ke BLUE BACK posisi ON kemudian tekan dan tahan tombol -/-- selama 5 detik,kemudian masukan password 1379 kemudian tekan tombol V+ untuk menonaktifkan HOTEL MODE.Cara ini untuk tv Sharp Wonder/Universe yang sudah memiliki fitur STEREO,sedangkan untuk fitur MONO melalui langkah berikut:gunakan remote control dan tekan tombol FUNCTION berulang-ulang sampai di LANGUAGE set ke ENGLISH lalu tekan tombol -/-- dan masukkan password 1379 lalu non-aktifkan HOTEL MODE dengan menekan V+. Dengan langkah-langkah di atas, permasalahan susah mengakses AUTO/MANUAL/CHANEL SETTING pun bisa teratasi,semoga bermanfaat bagi rekan-rekan teknisi semua,tetap semangat dan sukses buat anda semua,terima kasih.
